Wildhorse is an international uranium company focused on the development of energy in Central Europe.  The company aims to have near term uranium production from its Pecs Uranium Project in Southern Hungary where it has an existing JORC inferred resource of 17MT at 0.08% U₃O₈ for 30mlb of U₃O₈. Wildhorse also has a portfolio of development and exploration projects that offer the potential for long term uranium production to contribute to the rapidly growing demand for uranium in the European and US markets. 

On the 3^rd September 2009, Wildhorse announced it had entered an agreement to acquire Peak Coal Ltd, which holds substantial coal assets adjacent to the Pecs Uranium Project in Hungary. This acquisition enhances Wildhorse’s strategy of becoming a substantial energy project developer in Central Europe.
